When simplifying expressions it is important to identify the like terms. Like terms are terms in an expression that have the same variable and are raised to the same power. When an expression is in simplest form it has no like terms or parentheses remaining. Our homework will focus on simplifying expressions and reviews of working with fractions and decimals learned in targets 2 & 3. See Unit 0: Review for extra help! Be sure to review our notes we took today.
